Covered Staircase

The Covered Staircase, located in Sighișoara, is an iconic attraction of the city, built in the 16th century. This wooden structure, approximately 175 meters long, connects Școlarilor Street to the Sighișoara Citadel, serving to facilitate students' access to the school at the top of the hill. The staircase is covered with a wooden vault, giving it a rustic appearance and a unique atmosphere.
