Satchinez Marsh Ornithological Reserve

Located in Timiș County, near the village of Satchinez, the Satchinez Marsh Ornithological Reserve spans approximately 100 hectares. This wetland is a refuge for numerous bird species, recognized as an important breeding and feeding ground. Here, visitors can observe migratory and resident birds, such as the long-billed stilt, wild ducks, and various species of larks.

In addition to its natural beauty, Satchinez Marsh provides excellent opportunities for photography and ornithology enthusiasts.
