Tâmpa

Located near the city of Brașov, Tâmpa is an iconic mountain rising to an altitude of 960 meters. It is situated in the Tampa Natural Park, a place where nature and culture harmoniously blend. From the base of the mountain, the path to the summit unfolds along a well-marked trail, which can be traversed in approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on each visitor's pace.

During the ascent, you can enjoy an impressive panorama of Brașov, with its historic buildings and the surrounding mountain landscape. At the top of Tâmpa, in addition to the stunning view, you can also see the large cross on the mountain, a symbol of the city. On clear days, you can see as far as Piatra Mare and Postăvaru.
